For a second year in a row, Iowans will face rising health care premiums because of Ashley Hinson. Time and again, she has made clear that she would rather give tax breaks to billionaires than make sure Iowans can afford to see their doctor.
I know firsthand the importance of affordable health care, which is why, as Iowa’s next U.S. Senator, I’ll never stop fighting to ensure every Iowan is able to get the care they need, and will work tirelessly to ensure every Iowan has access to affordable health care. desmoinesregister.com/story/news/pol…

BREAKING: HOLY SH*T! MAGA Senator Ron Johnson reveals that the Mitch McConnell proof of life photo was likely an "older photo" that they're passing off as current.
This is a jaw-dropping revelation...
"I saw a picture that I'm not sure I believe is actually Mitch McConnell from the hospital after what I've heard and what I've seen," said conservative host Eric Bolling on his show on Real America News. "Do you believe Mitch McConnell is the one who said I'm okay here's the picture of my wife Elaine Chao and I in that hospital bed?"
Over the weekend, McConnell's office released a photo of him in a bed beside his wife that was supposedly taken recently, after he was hospitalized for over three weeks following a cardiac arrest and the administering of CPR. Something about it looked uncanny and it did little to tamp down suspicions amidst rumors that the senator is actually braindead.
Bolling isn't the only one questioning the provenance of the image and his guest has now supercharged suspicions—
"Well I just heard from some... Some... Some other source that was a older photo so I really don't know. I haven't talked to Mitch," said Senator Johnson. "I certainly wish he and his family well."
Hold on.
Back it up.
Ron Johnson, the Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee, one of the most powerful Republicans in government, just admitted on television that he "heard" that the McConnell photo is old?
If he's admitting that, it means it's DEFINITELY old. He wouldn't casually throw doubt on the image because doing so serves no political purpose for him. He's a very close ally of Donald Trump and Trump benefits if McConnell (alive or otherwise) remains in his seat. Otherwise, Kentucky's Democratic governor will fill the seat in the short term and then a special election will be held.
If McConnell is alive, why haven't the top ranking members of the Senate heard from him? He's healthy enough to have "20 minute phone calls" with powerless media hacks like Scott Jennings, but can't spare a moment to clue the Budget Chairman in on his survival?
This entire thing stinks to the high heavens. If the photo is old, it means that McConnell is incapable of taking a new one (because he's dead) or he looks so awful, so close to death, that they can't release it.
The simple truth is that photographs just don't cut it anymore when it comes to providing proof of life. Artificial Intelligence has made it incredibly easy to generate a convincing image of anything under the sun.
Mitch McConnell needs to hold a press conference or speak directly, in person, to a reporter at a reputable news outlet. He owes that to his constituents.
And if answers aren't provided soon, Governor Andy Beshear should move immediately to fill McConnell's seat.
Please ❤️ and share if this whole story smells fishy to you!

Massie: I had a nearly 20-minute conversation with Senator McConnell. And he said we should stop spying on Americans, quit bankrupting the country, and stop starting these new wars. And he expressed his sadness that I lost my primary.
But it appears that a lot of people had those 20-minute conversations. We just need to start having them publicly

The death of Senator Lindsey Graham on Saturday from a tear in his aorta due to “arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease,” according to the medical examiner, sent shockwaves through Washington, D.C. and beyond.
But lost in the political discussion about his death is a public health opportunity that can serve as a reminder for all of us of the basic questions we need to be asking ourselves and discussing with our physician:
• What is my blood pressure?
• Do I carry excess weight?
• Have I spoken with my doctor about whether a CT scan is an important screening test for me?
• What are my cholesterol levels? LDL? Or ApoB and Lp(a) if my physician recommends?
• What are my levels of the inflammation marker c-reactive protein (CRP)?
And how am I doing in the daily behaviors that are foundational to our health: How is my sleep, which is especially important if I’m traveling across multiple time zones? Am I eating a healthy diet? How am I managing my stress levels? Am I getting enough physical activity and exercise?
We have made tremendous progress in cardiovascular disease with reductions in deaths since 2000. Senator Graham’s unexpected death can be a collective teachable moment to help us accelerate the decline.
