Pregunta. Irlanda recibió un “recate internacional” fuerte después del 2008, hubo aumentos considerables de impuestos, se nacionalizaron bancos… eso además de ser paraíso fiscal, “contabilidad de duendes” (crecimiento artificial), en que se parece eso a Costa Rica? Que hay de la fuerte inversión en educación de Irlanda en los 90s? Que tipo de reestructuración se refiere, el cómo es lo importante.
