@ScotRail please give us slow ones time to get on board especially when there are connections and no level boarding , try holding connections and help passengers on public transport from bus to trains we can't always be on time

⏰ Allow yourself plenty of time to board the train safely as doors can close 30 seconds before departure time to allow us to get away on time. Please don't risk injury by trying to board when the doors are closing.
