RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco has seized an additional 426 boxes of ballot materials from last November’s special election on Proposition 50, continuing his investigation into alleged vote irregularities despite orders from state officials to stop. Bianco, a Republican candidate for governor, calls it a fact-finding mission. A recent appeals court ruling denied an immediate halt.
