No. The NHS buying services is not the opposite of being sold. It’s our NHS changing to a hollow shell, a purchaser, with private companies being the substantive provider. Work purpose by the frontline NHS staff is then driven by company profit motives. That’s #privatisation.

Jeremy Corbyn can’t stop lying about the NHS. The NHS buying services is literally the opposite of it “being sold”. The NHS is and will remain publicly owned, publicly funded, and free at the point of use.

The EU member states should grant UK citizens living in Europe the full rights as they have today. Automatically. No ‘ifs and buts’ here either. Let's also come back to the idea of ‘European associated citizenship’ for UK citizens who want to keep their link with Europe.

@MarkJPPalmer The 1978 venue is wrong though. It was the Capitol cinema, which along with Sophia Gardens and the Top Rank, was the main rock concert venue in Cardiff. St David’s Hall only opened in ‘81, I think. (Trust a historian to nitpick)

@MarkJPPalmer I was!! Saw Rory Gallagher about 6 or 7 times in that era. Always guaranteed top quality guitar solos, each song with a big ending. He didn’t play quietly either... Want to borrow some vinyl?

This is the point never to forget: of votes cast, 53% were for Remain-supporting parties, 47% for Leave-supporting parties. FPTP gives big majority of seats in Parliament to the 47%. Brexit will happen against the will of the people; democracy in the (ex)-UK.
