I’m getting lots of messages from @claudeai today that it can’t continue. I click a button, and it starts back up. Super annoying though, especially on automated workflows. I’m on the $200/month MAX plan. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm wrapping up my work week, going over Front and Slack threads, and I'm just so damn proud of the team. We got people looking after sick kids, people that are sick themselves, and people out all of a sudden with food poisoning - and the healthy folks on the team are *on it* - picking up the slack without giving it a second thought on a Friday afternoon. Feel very lucky to be doing what I'm doing with the people I'm doing it with. P.S. - wash your hands everybody, because what's going around is brutal.

@NickLeRoy I actually think it makes as much, if not more sense *today* as a CPM model than a CPC model. Much more influenceable attention in that platform compared to clickable intent.

I’ve had paid media folks laugh at me over making this prediction. One of those situations where you didn’t want to be right. Hopefully it will be. Big fail whale and they have to change it all up.

@dohertyjf I’ll use this as justification for my growing hat collection 😂 . In all seriousness, this is a pro level hack. Subconsciously it works incredibly well.

I learned this video trick in high school - always have changes of clothes on hand so you can get into character. I find that changing my clothes, especially my shoes, gets me into a different character. Treat online video the same as presenting in person.

@dohertyjf Totally agree here. In my experience in smaller/solo shops, it’s been more about capacity to execute on the advice than general readiness. Either way, nothing will change if a founder doesn’t bias towards action.

You don't wait to go to a doctor until you're healthy. So why would you wait to hire a coach until you have everything figured out? The whole purpose of a coach is to get to where you want to go faster. Don't wait.

@AdamGSteele This is so much harder to do than it seems. The imposter syndrome brain constantly wants to push you to the next topic, the next trend, your other categories of expertise. Props to people like Ross who can attack every angle of their core narrative for years.
