.@FlyFrontier finally had agent XFER me to a supervisor at 17 minutes, after another 30 had to hang up now boarded for #delayed DFW-LAX. Guess #silverelite means nothing to your airline, it meant nothing at the counter receiving the worst #custserv about my checked bag. #FAIL

Not sure who’s more inept… .@tsa or .@AmericanAir this time. Checked in 4/4 for a flight #DFW #LAS and my bike made it to #LAX with ANOTHER bag tag/name and just received the bike today 4/10 back in Dallas. Almost as bad as last year when AA broke my bike and didn’t cover it!!! #travel #FAIL #EP

@AmericanAir on top of breaking my bike in April, I flew to Vegas yesterday to buy a new one and my (empty) bike case was delayed overnight. Packed my new bike & checked it at LAS, just arrived at DFW and the bag is still in Vegas. You’ve screwed over a loyal EP flier again!
