@berman66 Great post. Totally agree. We are a trust and estate law firm and have been hybrid since 2014. We recruit nationwide for staff who work fully remote and our partners work remotely and use our physical office coworking spaces.

@kevinokeefe @AmericanLawyer Perhaps the problem is not the fee structure, hourly or flat, it’s that -clients don’t trust- their lawyers are providing great value period. Maybe we should focus more on providing and communicating value regardless of the fee structure.

@MAllinotte Almost every time a prospective client demands a same day consultation we found that they either didn’t engage or engaged and were a problem. It’s a lack of respect and value of the professional. We are very responsive but we are also busy. If PC doesn’t get that-just say NO.
