To my ADHD folks Your frustrations are valid & there is nothing wrong with you. This world is not built for us. They will not & cannot understand the daily struggles b/c they do not experience it You're justified in making them adapt to you, same as you mask to adapt to them❤️

Alexis and I recently learned our baby, Hayden, has a spinal defect (Spina Bifida) which risks leaving them paralyzed. We are in Philly for surgery that will dramatically improve their quality of life/let them walk. Expecting nothing, but we have a fund for those interested.

I think the inherent issue with Twitter "activism" and the reason that none of these strikes go as well as people want them to isn't because people post about their interests or whatever but its instead because you people have turned it into "I'm a better person" competition.
