@DougCarlisle @Weather_West there is nothing that private sector excels at. It has a parasitic relationship with labor, productivity, and spells ruin for anyone and anything it touches. Hospitals are made worse. Planes are falling from the sky. Stores close. All while stock buybacks increase. It's a sham.

Weather forecasting is too important to be done by the government. Much like food, housing, clothing, transportation, and energy the private (for profit) sector will ALWAYS outperform the public sector in this endeavor. The most accurate forecasting company will be extremely successful and continuous competition will improve accuracy and speed new features to the market.

Folks be careful if you ever need to take a kid to @seattlechildren -- they dropped a piece of medical equipment on my baby's face during an MRI. We got lucky that he only got a little scratched but the quality of care is just horrific.

@genomancer while trends in labor law suggest something so broad might not be enforced--that doesn't change that you'd still probably need to prove that in court (which is annoying and expensive). I'd carefully weigh a decision to sign any kind of agreement like that.

Looking for input: The vendor contract for the Commander panel includes a *surviving* non-disparagement clause, which means it limits what I can say about them forever, even if the contract ends. I don't mind the NDC, but I'm uncomfortable with it in perpetuity. Thoughts?

To add to this, I think this way because even though I did build this deck myself, I see it as something similar to Rakdos Vampires. While Team CFB are all incredible players, the deck was noticeably at a different powerlevel that couldn’t be matched.

Celebrimbor's performance in the most recent episode of Rings of Power was excellent. The 'mouse scene' easily the best two minutes of the series. A shame the rest of the show is steaming trash. Hope they decide to kill his character off soon so he can go to better projects.

I think what a lot of people don't get about the Commander bannings is that whether or not they were good in a general gameplay sense, they where horrific in at a product-level. Tons of money wiped off the board on chase cards WotC used to sell sets. Erodes customer confidence.

this statement is where the CRC lost all credibility. Like... yeah we'll listen to feedback on the specific things we're willing to hear but 3 consecutive days of historic backlash won't change this decision. Pound sand #CRC you're not fit to lead w/ this attitude.
