I used to give people the option to pay less without one but they always opted for a Cert. The real issue is what people think they know with a Cert and the naming.

@British_Airways Crazy, BA insists that you should upload your docs in advance of flying. You no longer need a covid test to fly however you cannot submit your docs without one. The joys of Covid travel.
