@Great202210 @ImBreckWorsham I know she was involved, she would rot in jail if it were up to me. She won't. She will be out in 5-10 even without the pardon, less if she wins her appeal. SO why would you not pardon her if it leads to others being indicted (only way I give her one)

I'm a Conservative and a three time Trump voter. I'm a former Officer of the Court. I'm a former Guardian ad Litem. I've represented hundreds of abused, neglected and sex trafficked children in the court system. I know how criminal cases against predators work. You don't PARDON pedophiles. EVER. If that makes me "fake MAGA," so be it. 🖕

@ImBreckWorsham As bad as her actions are, I for one would in fact pardon her if it led to the INDICTMENTS of those who actually did the molesting. But, Trump has repeatedly said he hasn't even thought about it- so not sure why you are implying that he is going to pardon her

@PopeTBlake @songbaby57 @JoJoFromJerz Laughable. Everything is globally sourced, so even if you happen to move some manufacturing here - which will take years - the parts all come from other countries based on resources. Only the simple minded think this way. Cue Trump

Correct. And to avoid having to do that, they'll hopefully return manufacturing to the United States. That is the ultimate goal. People don't get it when it's very simple. And the reason Democrats flip flopped on tariffs decades ago is because it became apparent how easy it would be to insider trade in a completely free US market while other countries tax our exports. The duopoly was formed over free trade and both sides have enriched their portfolios off of it.

@songbaby57 @JoJoFromJerz Wtf? So you will not buy an iPhone or any other smart phone when yours dies, because they raised prices to cover the tariffs? Lmfao. Of course you will, because there are no other legitimate options.

So, Donald Trump lied about the money his father gave him, he lied about his bone spurs, lied about where his father was born, he lied about where Barack Obama was born, he lied to his first wife while sleeping with his second, lied to his second wife while sleeping with his third, and lied to his third wife while sleeping with a playmate and porn star, he lied about his fake university, his fake charity, and his fake net worth, he lied about helping clear rubble at Ground Zero, about his businesses, about his taxes, about the size of his inauguration crowd, about his “perfect” phone calls, about the hush money he paid, the sexual abuse he committed, the classified documents he stole, the insurrection he incited, and the election he lost. But sure — he’s telling the truth about Epstein. Sure.

Hey @grok, Is it true that Jeffrey Epstein once said Donald Trump was his best friend for 10 years, and that the two used to party together? Short answer, please.

@animalfarmnow @ForecasterEnten You refuse to use logic. Trump says Comey set up the Epstein “hoax”. His daughter was involved in prosecuting Maxwell. Her conviction may now be overturned since according to Trump, there was no trafficking, Comey framed her, & his daughter prosecuted. It all goes away

I would agree that it is more likely that Comey’s daughter was fired due to the bad job the prosecution did on the Diddy trial. That said, it would though be quite a funny thing if she was involved in similar activity to what her father was in trying to set up Trump. In any event, it is good that she is no longer in the employ of the DOJ.

X isn't real life. Post-Epstein saga, Trump's approval with the GOP (~90%) may actually be slightly up. He's at/or near his apex w/ the GOP. How? Just 1 respondent said Epstein was the top problem facing the U.S. Cong Dems, OTOH, are at their worst standing with Dems ever.

Well, also, many of us have concluded that the Democrats, quite possibly Comey’s daughter, contaminated the SDNY DOJ file that ended up on Bondi’s desk. My hope is that the FBI and the DOJ can in time give more detail about what happened and pursue the wrongdoers in the SDNY. I would note that Comey’s daughter was fired from her position at the SDNY yesterday.

@ForecasterEnten Now let’s do independents - who swung this past election for Trump. Republicans sold their souls long ago, but it’s the independents who now decide elections, a significant portion of which are never Trump former republicans.

@HeathMayo There is one person who can speak to its credibility definitely, since she curated the book for Epstein’s Bday. If that person is pardoned or her sentence is overturned because trump is calling this a “hoax”, you have your answer. Trump pursued pardoning her during his 1st term.

OK, folks. Pull up a chair. Now your choice is either (1) Donald Trump is lying or (2) the WSJ made this up and ran a story on a typewritten letter without corroboration, knowing in advance Trump would sue and claim it was fake. If you’re still not sure, you can’t be helped.

Donald J. Trump. Jul 17, 2025, 7:33 PM. The Wall Street Journal, and Rupert Murdoch, personally, were warned directly by President Donald J. Trump that the supposed letter they printed by President Trump to Epstein was a FAKE and, if they print it, they will be sued. Mr. Murdoch stated that he would take care of it but, obviously, did not have the power to do so. The Editor of The Wall Street Journal, Emma Tucker, was told directly by Karoline Leavitt, and by President Trump, that the letter was a FAKE, but Emma Tucker didn’t want to hear that. Instead, they are going with a false, malicious, and defamatory story anyway. President Trump will be suing The Wall Street Journal, NewsCorp, and Mr. Murdoch, shortly. The Press has to learn to be truthful, and not rely on sources that probably don’t even exist. President Trump has already beaten George Stephanopoulos/ABC, 60 Minutes/CBS, and others, and looks forward to suing and holding accountable the once great Wall Street Journal. It has truly turned out to be a “Disgusting and Filthy Rag” and, writing defamatory lies like this, shows their desperation to remain relevant. If there were any truth at all on the Epstein Hoax, as it pertains to President Trump, this information would have been revealed by Comey, Brennan, Crooked Hillary, and other Radical Left Lunatics years ago. It certainly would not have sat in a file waiting for “TRUMP” to have won three Elections. This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS!

WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE EVIDENCE AGAINST EPSTEIN? The FBI's chain of custody for evidence is a meticulously documented process designed to ensure the integrity, authenticity, and admissibility of physical or digital items from the moment they are collected until they are presented in court or disposed of. It serves as a chronological record that tracks every interaction with the evidence, preventing tampering, contamination, loss, or unauthorized access. This protocol is critical in criminal investigations, as any break in the chain can render evidence inadmissible or undermine a case. The process is governed by strict guidelines outlined in resources like the FBI's Handbook of Forensic Services and aligns with broader federal standards from the Department of Justice and National Institute of Justice. Evidence is collected at the scene using sterile tools and protective gear to avoid contamination. Each item is immediately documented with details such as the date, time, location, collector's name, case number, and a unique evidence number. For digital evidence like videos or lists, items are sealed in tamper-evident packaging to preserve their state. Photographs or videos of the evidence in situ are often taken for verification. Items are packaged separately to prevent cross-contamination - in breathable paper bags for biological evidence or airtight containers for digital media. Seals use tamper-evident tape that shows if opened. Labels include chain-of-custody forms listing all handlers. Every transfer (e.g, from field agent to lab, or between units) requires a signed log on the chain-of-custody form, noting the handler's name, date, time, purpose, and condition of the evidence. Evidence is stored in secure facilities under controlled conditions - refrigerated for perishables, dark and cool for digital media to prevent degradation. Access is limited to authorized personnel, with audits and inventories conducted regularly. Shipping uses trackable methods like registered mail or couriers, complying with regulations for hazardous or sensitive items. During lab analysis, each step is logged. If evidence is returned or destroyed post-case, this is documented with approvals. Breaks in the chain trigger internal investigations, as they could indicate negligence or misconduct. This system creates multiple redundancies: physical seals, digital logs, audits, and legal accountability. In the context of Epstein's investigations, the FBI raided his properties and seized vast amounts of evidence, including hard drives, CDs, videos, documents, and other media potentially containing "blackmail" videos or client lists. Official reviews, including a 2025 DOJ-FBI memo, confirm the seizure of over 300 gigabytes of data, including victim images/videos and over 10,000 downloaded child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) and pornography. The FBI's chain-of-custody protocols make accidental loss virtually impossible without deliberate interference. Every item would be logged at collection (e.g, during the 2019 NY raid, agents photographed contents of a safe containing hard drives, CDs labeled "Young [Name] + [Name]" or "Girl pics nude," diamonds, cash, and passports). Transfers require signed forms, and digital evidence is cataloged in secure databases. Losing an item would leave a glaring gap in records, triggering automatic audits or alerts. Evidence is stored in locked, monitored facilities with limited access. For digital items like videos, backups and encryption are standard. Accidental loss (e.g, misplacement) is improbable due to inventories and surveillance. If "lost," it would imply someone with access intentionally removed or deleted it - e.g, a 2025 whistleblower alleged FBI agents systematically deleted Epstein-linked files, and a 2021 court hearing revealed safe contents temporarily "went missing" after the raid. High-profile evidence like Epstein's undergoes extra scrutiny, with DOJ oversight and potential Inspector General reviews. The FBI's protocols create a near-impenetrable system where "loss" demands active subversion - such as falsifying logs, breaking seals, or deleting data - implying corruption or cover-up rather than oversight. So what happenend to the mountain of evidence?
