ESPN sources: the Baltimore Ravens are hiring Bears offensive coordinator Declan Doyle as their offensive coordinator. Doyle can leave because, in Baltimore, he will have play-calling responsibility. But new Ravens HC Jesse Minter now has someone to run Baltimore’s offense.

@suttondef I mean, this is probably true for any OC we bring in. It's not unknown. Teams need to build and plan for these turnover situations. That's the reality of today's NFL. Ravens need to continue to innovate and find an edge.

- "Coverage wise, if they're a huge catch and throw RPO team in to dead space... Obviously tighter coverage. There we may run simulated where we can play 3 match/3 lock principles & have tighter coverage and still really run the same pressure.
- "To me it's like Quick Game/RPO driven, if that's a huge thing they're doing off the run game, we want the tighter coverage (3 Lock Sim Pressure). If they're under center/wide zone, not running as many RPOs off of it, then I love running the same type of pressures but now 3 Deep/3 Under. Now you got 3 guys with vision to cap the runs & protect vs play action."

Listening to some media yesterday. Jesse Minter has no clear OC plan or the plan is unknown to the public. This hire is all about Lamar. Anthony Weaver would be coming with Kliff Kingsbury as OC which could push him over the edge for the Ravens job. Take this as you will.

The Giants are renovating their facilities this offseason, per Paul Schwartz of The New York Post.
Locker room and weight room upgrades are coming and the cafeteria is already under construction. John Harbaugh has already seen the blueprints. The NFLPA ranked NYG’s cafeteria 31st and their locker room 23rd in the 2025 report cards.
The Giants feel like these renovations could entice more players in recruiting during free agency, plus help them retain some of their players. Expect a new state-of-the-art locker room, weight room, cafeteria, and more coming to the Giants this offseason.
