@NationalPro @nationalcares Let's try this a different way. If i dont receive my refund or a call back from a corporate manager, I will try filling a complaint with the BBB, CFPB, FTC and the atorney genral. Lets see which one of these agencies wakes you up.

@NationalPro @nationalcares its been almost 2 weeks now and the issue is still not resolved. You keep on sendimg me to the local branch which still ignores my calls and voicemails. Called like 10 times now. I need my money back! This seem a lot like a bait and switch situation.

@NationalPro I have an open billing overcharge case (51641003 and 51641111) that is being entirely ignored by the branch. Just spent my 4th 15 minutes with "Mark" who tried to lie he was a manager. Please have a corporate manager contact me.
