Happy to share a #milestone moment! Yesterday, I was named #Professor at Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine. Marked the occasion with a reflective morning hike. Becoming a professor was never the end goal—years of studying, training, publishing, teaching, and mentoring have been a deeply rewarding #journey. Immensely grateful to everyone who supported me along the way—no one is truly "self-made." Are there more challenges and what, at times may feel, like #Sisyphean work ahead? 💯.Was it nice to take a moment and take a deep breath of gratitude this morning? Absolutely!!
