Octagen needs hernia surgery. Anesthesia refers to cards due to age >>echo EF 25%>>Cath. Note LM and LAD are both heavily calcified. Result below (RCA is normal). Where do we go from here. CARP, REVIVED BCIS2.

That is why we are ready to go in with the valve as soon as we deflate the balloon. Self expandable valve takes a little bit longer to deploy, but shouldnt take too long.

@burnoutinho Como hemodinamicista eu recebo os TJs que recusam Revasc tradicional pelo risco de transfusão. Mas nos meus anos de clínico, autonomia do paciente em primeiro lugar. Não quer transfusão não faço, estando ciente das possiveis consequências.

minha opinião very impopular sobre isso é que qualquer paciente tem o direito de negar qualquer procedimento ou parte do tratamento, independente da razão (assim como o médico pode se negar a seguir no caso) mas eu opero sim se achar q o benefício é maior q o risco
