Hallo @deutschetelekom und @Telekom_hilft, drei Fragen: Warum ruft der Techniker 2 Stunden vor dem Ende des ausgemachten Zeitfensters an und sagt Termin ab? Wie sollen wir ab Montag im HomeOffice (keine Büromöglichkeit) arbeiten? Und dafür noch eine Bereitstellungsgebühr zahlen?
