I wasn’t thinking about renewing my lease but my new job is 8 mins away from my house, my rent isn’t increasing, my salary tripled, and my apartment is giving me an $1000 gift card 😭

@lacifromtheboul They sent me a renewal 2 weeks ago with an increase. I ignored it. They reached out again today with a new offer pretty much saying renew by a specific date and we won’t increase it + we’ll give you a $1000 gift card.
