@FohenUK shocking service,have had a faulty tap for 3 months now after several calls and no reply. You sent an engineer to look at the issue and they stated they would order a new tap and install the already faulty one......3 months and nothing!!!!

@JDhelpteam order placed on the 18/1/21 and still haven't received an item. Tracking says it been delivered but the item is being sent via Under armour and nothing has arrived. Tried over 5 times to speak to someone with no answer
