@thehut_com hi, I ordered with you on Sunday, an expensive Christmas present for my wife, 3 days later and not even dispatched, clearly now not going to arrive for Christmas. Very poor to be honest. So disappointed. Just not good enough.
@thehut_com I have been waiting since 19/11 for someone to contact me. This is an absolute joke. I have no option but to make an official complaint for lack of customer service.
@thehut_com I have contacted your customer service who tell me that this peeling is not a manufacturer issue and is wear and tear. The boots aren’t even a year old with minimal wear. Surely something of this quality shouldn’t be peeling like this. I look forward to your response

@thehut_com I ordered a Christmas gift online on 1 December. It has not yet been despatched. Sending me 2 emails saying you have my order doesn't fill me with confidence! Do you intend to despatch it or cancel it just before Christmas?
