RIVERS STATE: Security operatives in Eleme LGA have arrested 15 NBM/Black Ax£ (Aye) cultists during a midnight initiation exercise. The operation was carried out around 2am on Sunday after intelligence revealed that over 100 suspected cultists had gathered in a forest area linking Alode to Onne. The initiation was reportedly aimed at recruiting youths and strengthening activities linked to violence and politically motivated crimes.
