Morning AA, trying my darndest to self serve but companion certs and awards are so convoluted it's impossible. No problem, as a long time EP, I can use my special 800# for help...but...2.5 hour hold yesterday (no answer), 1 hour so far today. Come on people, really??@AmericanAir
