The landlords care about getting paid, they aren't your uncle giving you a place to sleep. They're in it for the money. And most people aren't worth living with.

I also didn't have to pay for their share of rent because they drank too often, my guns never went missing when I was homeless, and I didn't have to worry about anyone stealing my shit.
