@RobertDyas hi team, can you get in touch? Order was due to arrive yesterday, but there’s been no update.

We have a simple request - either don’t deliver before 8:30 am or give us a 1.5 hour heads up (takes us that long to make it there). You can’t just expect us to be there with a 5 minute notice? Surely there’s something you can help with,instead of a flat out refusal to help?

@BandQ you have the most amazing service when making a purchase but it’s a nightmare getting through customer care to understand delivery timelines. Need a rough timeframe with enough headsup so we can ensure someone is present to collect, but CS team flat out refuses to help?
