@zerodha I uncovered a bug in your system, I opened an account with sane email id that I closed your account in July 2024.Today I opened a new account sane email id , and immediatel I received a cmr copy which I found was the old one with ID KQ **** .

Hello, @UnionBankTweets at ur ATM outside the Nagarbhavi Branch near the NLS campus, had literally wasted so much time searching for My language Kannada., after reading “Select Your Language” but only to find English and another alien language Hindi.
What’s the whole point of Giving Hindi and not providing Kannada?

I have requested to convert my service from postpaid to prepaid from 16th but still nothing has been done. I have called the customer service multiple times they just inform to visit store and the staff is informing to do it from app but nothing is done from there @airtelindia

@airtelindia why is it really hard to speak to customer service. The agent at the store promised my issue to be resolved within an hour and its like 4 hours and still it didn't work. The app chatbot doesn't even understand my problem. I didnt expect this from Airtel.
