Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menduga anak usaha Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) , PT Karabha Digdaya, suap ketua dan wakil ketua Pengadilan Negeri Depok untuk urgensi bisnis. Mereka ingin percepat proses eksekusi lahan sengketa seluas 6.500 meter persegi di Kecamatan Tapos. "Tadi saya sudah sampaikan bahwa tanah itu lokasinya kan di Tapos ya, daerah Tapos, Depok, berdekatan dengan wilayah wisata gitu. Pasti ada plan (rencana, red.) bisnisnya di situ. Tidak mungkinlah sebuah perusahaan urgensinya apa menginginkan tanah seperti itu," ujar Pelaksana Tugas Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Asep Guntur Rahayu di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Jumat (6/2) malam. Oleh sebab itu, Asep mengatakan KPK menduga alasan tersebut yang membuat pihak-pihak pada Karabha Digdaya memutuskan menyuap hakim PN Depok. "Jadi, perusahaan ini ingin cepat supaya tanah itu segera dieksekusi, segera kepemilikannya secara hukum ada pada perusahaan itu, sehingga tanah itu bisa segera diolah gitu ya. Misalkan, dibuat taman wisata dan lain-lain yang tentunya bisa menjadi income atau penghasilan bagi perusahaan tersebut," katanya. Sebelumnya, pada 5 Februari 2026, KPK melakukan operasi tangkap tangan terhadap hakim di wilayah Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. KPK menjelaskan OTT tersebut terkait dugaan korupsi dalam pengurusan perkara sengketa lahan.

Only after halting the genocide, securing justice for the victims, and ensuring Palestine’s rightful place in the international order, can we begin to speak of a sensible, durable solution for all. Until then, the credibility of the international system itself hangs in the balance. For it is not only Gaza that is under siege, but also the very principles of justice and humanity on which our common future depends.”
