@gemgoon @C_3C_3 Trump doesn’t get to decide the assessed value of his property. And Bankers never take your stated value as the final determinate of what your property is worth. The whole lawsuit was ludicrous.

Reminder… Judge Arthur Engoron and Leticia James claimed Mar-a-Lago was worth between $18 million and $27.6 million. Forbes just valued Mar-a- Lago at $650 million. 36 times what they claimed. They scammed just to get Trump on fraud. They both belong in prison. Evil.

@C_3C_3 Again, if the assessor assign a value. You can’t use a higher number on a loan application. If anyone of is did that. We would be fined or jailed.

@C_3C_3 I’m truly amazed how misinformation spread like this. HE lowered the value so that he may pay lower property taxes. Then used the real value to borrow against. Everyone should know this. Wow.

@john223441 @C_3C_3 So when a property owner dispute or give dissertation regarding value, the assessor will weigh the opinion. Some even go to court because of it.

@gemgoon @C_3C_3 You are truly amazed how misinformation spreads as you are spreading misinformation? There is no where in the country where the property owner determines the assessment value for taxes. A property owner can dispute the assessor's valuation, but an owner does not set the value.

@Riverview_dave @C_3C_3 Come on. So much more details that concerns this specific property and why it was valued the way it was. Has restrictions. Could only be used for a specific purpose. Building limitations. And yes, they do take input from owners. I’m surveyor. I know. And you probably do too.
