@HM_Passport Your staff at the Liverpool office were superb. However, @TNTUKOfficial are a disaster. What's the use of paying for a 7-day Fast-Track when the passport doesn't arrive on Day 7 or Day 8? I have no consignment number so no way to trace. I have a business trip later this week.

@karenleissa @HM_Passport Was at Peterborough but from documents being tracked as received it took just under 4 weeks to receive my passport. There have been some people that have been able to fast track it with an appointment at an office, I’d ring and ask if you can do it

@HM_Passport I sent old passport 1st class signed for on 25th to Durham… didn’t get received on tracking til the 6th (but they signed for it on 30th!) so how long am I from here? I have a dream job opportunity but can’t go. And they won’t let u upgrade to fast track. Anyone used Durham?

@HM_Passport Posting this as seeing everyone else’s application progressed helped me immensely. I have no idea which office it was as it was a lost passport application so I never sent documents. Anyone have any idea how long it will take to arrive?

@1ofthe3 @HM_Passport Fingers crossed for you! Mine does seem to have followed the pattern others have had. Someone posted their documents received about 90mins after mine and then approved about 90mins after mine too. I hadn’t booked anywhere just in case but I am now for next week 😅

@gemmaw67 @HM_Passport Docs revived 14/9 at Peterborough and not moved anywhere. Was told it’s processed in chronological order so this any others I’ve seen today defeats that advice. There’s no logic , just pot luck 🤷🏻‍♂️
