@evec_uk hi. I’m having problems setting my charger to schedule using the App - so I can charge in the cheaper tariff. It doesn’t seem to work and it has caught me out by failing. Any tips?
@BMW_UK I have an i4. I have constant charging issues. The App doesn’t work either. I have been on hold to the helpline for 30 mins! The call back feature doesn’t work either! SHAMBLES!
@O2 Poor show O2. I have been trying to access Priority for 3 hours now. I have managed to switch to EE in the meantime, for many reasons (no network coverage etc) but this was the final push I needed. If a communication company can't get this right, it says it all.

@ZARA_Care I placed an order yesterday as a guest. I didn’t get an email so I must have mistyped it. I don’t have an order number. I need to return the item as it doesn’t fit. The website says to use a link – but I don’t have this as I don’t have an email.
@IKEA I need to cancel an order. I went to collect the order together with another order. When I got home I realised that I had only been given one of the orders. It is too far to go back so I need to cancel the second one.
@HMLandRegistry I am having issues logging onto Business e-services as it is not recognising the Token number even though it is correct and I have reset it countless times.
