In the last 90 days, I spent $6,036.18 and generated 1,969 purchases for a low ticket product using only Demand Gen and Performance Max. Here is exactly how I approached it. I have a first principle when it comes to paid ads. No matter how much budget you have, always start lean. Scale what works. Kill what doesn't. I call this method T.K.S. Test. Kill. Scale. Here is how it works in practice. If I have a $100 daily budget, I do not start with one campaign. I split the budget into ten small test campaigns. Each campaign has a different audience variation or a slight targeting change. Inside each campaign, I create two to three ad groups. This allows me to test messaging and creative while keeping spend controlled. Next comes the kill rule. Every campaign has a spend threshold. If it spends a defined percentage of the acceptable acquisition cost without results, it gets killed. Not emotionally. Or impulsively. Before any campaign goes live, I answer two questions. - How much does the product cost? - How much is the client willing to pay to acquire one customer? That number defines everything. Only after that do we look at the backend. - What happens after the click? - How is traffic converted? - How is value maximized after the first purchase? Once those are clear, testing becomes logical instead of hopeful. This method does one thing very well. It finds winners fast and removes losers early. I have used this across different products and price points. It works because it is built on discipline, not optimism. Testing is cheap. Seems I'm not blowing my trumpet enough.

I’ve audited 50+ GTM stacks in the last two years. 90% of them had "zombie leads" worth $100k+ just sitting in unassigned queues. Check your "Unassigned" view right now in your CRM. You’re welcome!😀

Getting exceptionally good at one thing and telling people about it every day is a business model most people never seriously consider.

@gemsnoah_ Selling plantain chips is not the problem, getting the necessary regulatory framework is the issue. e.g Nafdac

Internet level the playing ground for everyone who's serious about building something real. I'd be running my plantain chips business if I wasn't doing paid acquisition. I was sure I'll make money from it.. That's why I targeted businesses like Ebeano, Spa and other supermarkets for supply. Who knows I'd probably own a plantain chips factory one day. But until then, I wake up everyday looking at Google Ads dashboard. Responding to my clients concerns and celebrate together when we exceed threshold.

You see, this is my issue with some of these Naija fashion brands. A lot of these guys reach out to me saying they’d love to make something for me, but their pricing ends up discouraging me from supporting them. Maybe I’m not rich enough to be in their target market, and that’s fine but I think the bigger issue in the so-called Naija luxury space is the attempt to skip the hard process it takes to truly belong there. You can’t price like the top 0.1% of global luxury while bypassing the years of craftsmanship, brand building, attention to detail, and cultural weight that justify it. Those are the things that come to mind when I’m forking out £1,500 at Harrods for a Louboutin or Ferragamo. Luxury is earned over time through consistency, obsessive quality, and a story people genuinely want to buy into not this sleazy attempt to signal exclusivity. Anyways, I wish this guy all the best.

Name: Force of nature My response : Okay, what about it? Why should I care? What I want to see or hear.. - What the material is made up.. - Behind the scenes on how each material is sorted - How many hours, day, weeks and even months that it takes you to sort it. My messaging: We go to the end of the earth to sort this so we can made a timepieces just for you. Can the owner auction it?
Johnson Emmanuel@iamjohnsonemma

This is one good way to position your offer as "premium" but... My question is, what's the % of people in Nigeria's 200M that can pay 25M for a shoe? And once I pay this N25M, what happens next or is that all?
