@tfwrail How do you claim for a delayed journey if you do tap on tap off? First train running to and from my station in 6 weeks and now I'm stuck at Heath High Level cos of signalling problems. Shambles. I give you so much of my pay each month and for what?

@tfwrail Hi are there definitely hourly trains running from Cardiff Central to Caerphilly today? If so what time do they depart? I can't trust the app as that said there was a 06:59 train from Caerphilly this morning and there wasn't

@tfwrail @NathHutton83 A train please. It took me an hour and 10 minutes to get to caerphilly on Wednesday so I'd rather avoid a bus

@gemzay2 @gemzay2 Yes all the info via the link is correct. The 4 buses gives customers a choice of whether they would prefer to go direct or to a destination that's via that route. ^Sion

@tfwrail And then additionally, there's 4 replacement buses per hour? 2 direct between Caerphilly and Cardiff and 2 that stop at the other stations? I'd rather avoid the indirect buses as it took me 1 hour and 10 minutes to get from central to caerphilly yesterday

🔁UPDATE: 22/04/25 Customers traveling in/out of Cardiff are advised to check their journeys due to ongoing urgent repairs to a bridge. TfW and other operators are running a reduced no. of services between Cardiff and Newport and on Valleys routes.

Hi, are there any trains going to Penarth from Cardiff Central today please?

@tfwrail Is the 09:54 from Ystrad Mynach to Cardiff Queen Street definitely running? I don't want to get to the station again it be cancelled last minute like the 09:24 Thanks

We have organised buses to run between Cardiff Queen Street and Rhymney to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost. These services will arrive at 09.00 at approximately and provided by Ferris. Apologies for the inconvenience.

@transport_wales Hey, none of thr tap and go ticket barriers are working at cardiff queen street. I've been told I need to contact you for a refund as I wasn't able to tap out. Can you tell how to do this please?
