For the first time in its history, the ONE PIECE anime is moving to a seasonal format. The ELBAF ISLAND ARC will start with 26 episodes split into two parts/cours for the first season. The Japanese broadcast will begin on Sunday, April 5, 2026. However, Netflix has yet to announce a release date for the anime. If we're to go by the Netflix release schedule of the EGGHEAD ISLAND ARC (6 days after the Japanese broadcast), then April 11, 2026, is the most likely Netflix release date. 🔗whats-on-netflix.com/news/one-piece…

@adhd_dog @whatonnetflix It wasn't officially seasonal yet I guess it was more so a trail run because it was in the middle of the arc. I would consider it the unofficial start of it becoming seasonal.

@adhd_dog @whatonnetflix They did in the middle of the arc. After the kuma's back story they took a hiatus and then finished the egghead arc. This will be the first arc that is seasonal but they technically started doing it during egghead.

@DBZdaily_ Mr satan saved earth from buu twice. If it wasn't for him goku wouldn't have been able to defeat buu with the spirit bomb and he became friends with buu aswell.

I have made a decision when it comes to my project. I originally planned on dropping each chapter with around ten pages but I feel like the story I am working on will work better releasing 2 to 6 pages a week. More details to come soon.

@YellowFlashGuy @gen_duality As a big dragon fan that is so whacks. Keeping dragon on the bench for 30 years just to have a crucial role at the end. It’ feels cheap to use him as a dramatic tool to raise the stakes
