@united Are people who board using a wheelchair allowed to sit in an exit row on the plane? The window seat even. I'm sure this person is willing, but probably not able.

@united Lifetime 1K done the hard way by sitting my butt in economy for over 3 million miles. Over 4 HR mechanical delay UA 1433 EWR-YVR on 7/28 moved departure from 6:50 pm to 10:55 pm. No meal voucher. Offered 7500 miles as compensation AFTER I emailed. Do better.

@ABGCertifiedGCs I hope you're advocating for the stressed GCs. PSI mistakeningly changed the time zone for one of my GCs taking the exam to Pacific time - 3 hours earlier than Hawaii! Now he can't get in contact with anyone at PSI. How would you feel showing up 3 hours late for your board exam?
