The point of the gun charge was so Biden’s DOJ could try to sneak blanket immunity for all other crimes into Hunter’s gun charge diversion agreement. But the judge caught it, asked the prosecutor if anyone in history had ever been given such sweeping immunity, and prosecutor said no.

We’re talking about a situation where he did file his taxes, not where he falsified his tax forms. For people in his situation, it’s usually handled administratively (fines, garnishments, etc.), not criminally.

He didn’t pay his taxes for 2 years, but had since settled his debt with the IRS prior to the investigation. Most ppl don’t get criminally charged in the situation, but after a 5 year

This is why Bill Barr said the laptop was inadmissible; there’s no way to know for sure what data is hunter’s and what was planted by Russia. Chain of custody.
