@HenryConingsby Personally I've gone full circle from "everything is worthless" to "I guess I get to decide what is meaningful to me" which is trying to put more joy into the world than I take out of it.

My political beliefs, such as they were, have given way to the growing conviction that the world is a horrible place, that it is getting worse, and that most human endeavours are worthless. It's not much of a hill to die on, if I'm being honest
