🤩 An awesome day of action comes to an end at @ManadonSportHub in the @premierleague Primary Stars Girls' U11s Regional Cup. @chriskgannon @BathMind True, in our line of work those in it for the right reasons go over and above and always do our best for others. Also need to make sure you make time for yourself though otherwise you can’t give the best you.

Conversations at last nights @bathmind football session made me think. In my head I’m still in my 20’s trying to achieve what I wanted then. I need to achieve what I want in my 40’s. Physically and mentally I’m different now to how I was then, some good some bad.

Along the way I’ve made good choices and bad choices. Time brings experience, knowledge, mistakes, lessons learned, good times, bad times. One thing you can try and keep constant is your mindset. Be more positive and less negative regardless of age and circumstances. #BePositive
