@christophlutz @Finnair Apparently an airtag on another of the bags that didn't get loaded is showing that they are still in Heathrow. How #finnair don't know this and can't send them is difficult to understand.

@Finnair most baggage on flight AY1332 yesterday 22/07 was left in LHR including our Scout group's of 10 YP. Not getting info online or phone on when it may be in Helsinki and we had to halt our expedition with none of our equipment here. Can you give us some info please?

@Finnair We did this immediately. But no update is not good enough. The local arrival service had no answers or hope. Why are they still in Heathrow when at least 4 planes have left since then?

@Finnair a whole planes worth of bags were left in Heathrow yesterday (flying into Helsinki) Where are they? Customer service unhelpful and rude. No updates nearly 24 hours later- surely all 200+ bags are not ‘lost’ (flight AY1332)

@Finnair @Georgia_Groome @SimonCalder They have done that. What they need is someone taking responsibility for finding the bags and getting them to these children.
