@Finnair a whole planes worth of bags were left in Heathrow yesterday (flying into Helsinki) Where are they? Customer service unhelpful and rude. No updates nearly 24 hours later- surely all 200+ bags are not ‘lost’ (flight AY1332)

@Georgia_Groome @Finnair My son and 7 other scouts are now without their tents, kit, clothes and bags ahead of an expedition they have planned for months. Lack of information or 'hustle' to sort this is infuriating. @SimonCalder #heathrow

@Finnair We did this immediately. But no update is not good enough. The local arrival service had no answers or hope. Why are they still in Heathrow when at least 4 planes have left since then?

@Georgia_Groome @Finnair I am also one of those passengers whose luggage you, @Finnair, have lost. Single parent with toddler on 2 week holiday with no provisions, no communications and no idea what to do from here.

Geez it is a pity there aren’t reasonable transportation alternatives to Groome @Georgia_Groome because they don’t feel like leaving on time. At 8:53 the 8:30 shuttle still hasn’t left.

*adult help* We had our vaccinations done in USA (Pfizer) Now home but unable to load onto NHS app as “aren’t recognised by the NHS system. What do we do? Feels like we are considered unvaccinated as Brits...? (1)

All we have is a card with writing and a sticker on. Friends of friend in same situation told they will have to have the vaccine again here on UK soil which sounds mental (3)
