You just want things to be impossible
If youve worked for at least 2 years in the same industry, have good income and credit and low DTI, and you have $15k or less saved, you can get into a home.
Even if you cant afford your dream home right now, get a starter, live in it for 2 years, save and then move and rent it out, rinse, repeat.

@angryaboutbikes @n10siveporpoise bc it's hard to imagine how you could still have the problem if you use alarms. if i need to leave at 2 i will set an alarm at 1 telling me to get ready, and alarms at 1:50, 1:55, and 2 warning me to leave. why would this not work if the issue is just time blindness?
