And now for a thread no one asked for that I will abandon in a week or two, here's my personal assessment of each E.R character. I'm going to use the IMDB cast list starting with the 1st episode until I run out of steam. I may also do an assessment of their major love interests.

How do you punish this behaviour? Its reckless and antisocial, but prison would obviously be excessive. Our other options - community service, fines etc. - he would probably laugh off and ignore. Maybe we need to bring back the stocks...

@GeorgeFoster72 There are some positions where this is standard so it's not a hard and fast rule. But for the majority of roles, you shouldn't need that many people to sign off on a new hire. And be wary of multiple interviews that require preparing work. Fuck those people
