@AskPlayStation My new PS5 controller's R2 trigger is suddenly loose and is constantly engaged where games are unplayable. Can you please advise? Thank you.

@AskPlayStation I'm unable to sign into the PlayStation Network. After inputting my password a message pops up indicating "Signed out of PSN" and drops me back to the home screen.

@AskPlayStation After updating to 8.0 I'm unable to sign into my account to play any game online. Very frustrating. Please advise.
