Well let's say you're in an active combat situation and manage to kill someone from far away while smoking your cigarette. Then after eliminating the enemy threat you retreat. Now let me ask you this. Did you pick up your fucking cigarette butt? Can your movements be traced? It matters. Every traceable maneuver matters. Everything matters to some degree. Will it result in measurable retaliation? Unpredictable.
