Today I got a distinction in my dissertation and I have not stopped crying! These two years have been the best and worst of my life and I can't believe I've officially finished my degree. Big shout out to my cohort, could not have got through it without them💕

😢 13 Year old Austin collapses after his game on Sunday and suffers a stroke. Grassroots Family please send your love and messages of support to him to boost his spirits. 🚨A message from Austin's Parents⤵️ 🗣️Good Morning, Austin has played Grassroots Football since he was 6 and sadly on Sunday he came off halfway through his game after taking a few blows to his head. When he got home he lost use of his right hand side and we rushed him to hospital. He’s been in intensive care and it has been confirmed he has suffered a stroke, he’s only 13 and faces the biggest fight of his life, he is currently in Addenbrookes Hospital received the best care possible. The road to recovery has started but sadly I feel his mental health is suffering as he is frustrated. Can’t speak much, walk or do anything he used to be able too. This is really playing on his mind and last night he asked myself and my wife if we still loved him. This broke me as a parent.. Anyway if there’s anyway the grassroots community can help with well wishes it may improve his mental state of mind and give him the support to fight..

@AmyDolling It came at a good time for me in terms of building up to starting my first job and actually starting the job. It helped give me a good understanding of myself as a clinican, how to problem solve and troubleshoot while working and gave me a better idea of the system at large😊

Trialling this program over the last few months has been an absolute pleasure. I've learnt so much and developed as a person and clinician! Would recommend it to anyone

@aliciagphysio @The_HCPC Thank you! I've got in contact with them now and the same thing happened with me. They said they sent me an email that I never received. Oh well hopefully the ball is rolling now🤞

@georgia_loft @The_HCPC The same thing happened to me! I kept calling and eventually I did get through, they stated they sent me an email regarding payment a few weeks back but I never received, they sent it again during the phone call and now I am registered ! I hope you manage to get it soon!

Waiting for 9 weeks now for my HCPC registration to come through.. no response to emails and phone calls cut off. I understand it’s a very busy time but this is a bit of a joke. I'm meant to start my new job in a couple of weeks😭@The_HCPC
