THE FACE OF MAN The subject of the Human nature is built in a way that we all have a FACE which stands as the Visage of man There are billions and trillions of faces we see on a daily basis in the journey of life but then the real face of men is not the Visage which has eyes, nose, ears, and hair and etc which make up the visage of man Meanwhile the real Visage of MAN is the HEART of Man The scripture says Proverbs 27:19 "As water reflects the face, so one's life reflects the heart" (NIV) This means you don't look at a man and say wow he's so Handsome or cute the scriptures here is saying the real face is the HEART Meanwhile the scripture says Jeremiah 17:9 (KJV) The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? There are two cardinal Words in this Scriptural verse which is DECEITFUL and WICKED The word DECEITFUL in this Context is עקב and when transliterated is ‛âqôb and it means crooked or twisted, The Second word which is Wicked is אנשׁ and when Transliterated is 'ânash and The root verb fundamentally means "to be sick," "frail," or "incurable". In this context, it implies a condition that is so critically ill or damaged that it is beyond human repair. This explains why the NIV translates the phrase as "...and beyond cure" and the ESV as "...and desperately sick". Now you have to understand why no Man on earth by his own energy is BEAUTIFUL because the Heart of man is Deadened by the Corruption of the world system and because The Heart is a Picture of the Mind The Bible says in the book of Romans 12:2 (KJV) And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. The word Mind here is νοῦς and when Transliterated is nous and means "mind," "intellect," or "understanding". It extends beyond mere logic, encompassing spiritual perception, moral reasoning, and the intuitive ability to grasp what is true, real, and divine. The Heart and the Mind are Intertwined Science and medicine confirm that the heart and the mind are deeply, biologically intertwined. Far from separate entities, they form a two-way communication system where stress, anxiety, and joy directly impact heart rhythms and blood pressure, while the heart's own nervous system sends continuous signals back to the brain. This is why the bible says Philippians 2:5 (KJV) Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: This means the Kind of Mind/ Heart which is BEAUTIFUL is the one which is of the Christ How then do I Have the mind of Christ? The way of Having the Mind/ heart of Christ is by Staying in the Word of God Psalms 119:130 (KJV) The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple. This means when I open my bible I am not only reading words , it means something is happening to my Face ( which is my heart ) As I read light from the word is suddenly changing me without me knowing it When we study the scriptures the below 👇 scripture becomes our reality 2 Corinthians 3:18 (KJV) But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. ~ Chikamso Angel 🕊️🗞️🔥

Unripe plantain Four separate testosterone-protective mechanisms in one food. Resistant starch keeps blood glucose stable; preventing the chronic insulin elevation that suppresses LH. Potassium supports adrenal health, reducing the cortisol that antagonises testicular function. Vitamin B6 is a direct cofactor in testosterone biosynthesis. Serotonin precursors support dopamine (the neurotransmitter that drives GnRH pulse frequency from the hypothalamus). The riper the plantain, the less of this it contains. Buy it green. Cook it green.

Orógbó (Bitter kola) Kolaviron (the primary compound) does two things simultaneously. First: it protects Leydig cells from oxidative destruction. Leydig cells are where testosterone is manufactured. Dead Leydig cells cannot be replaced easily. Second: it maintains the antioxidant enzyme defence system (SOD, catalase, GPx) that protects sperm from free radical damage. It also reduces testicular inflammation; the silent, painless process that destroys male fertility from the inside with no warning symptoms. One seed, three protective mechanisms.

Atàárẹ̀ (alligator pepper) Offered at every Yoruba ceremony. Not for decoration and not for superstition. 6-paradol and 6-shogaol in ataare stimulate LH secretion from the pituitary (the signal that tells your testes to produce testosterone). It increases in testicular weight, sperm count, and serum testosterone. The elders put it in your mouth at every gathering. Yes, they were dosing you.

VETTING STRANGE OR UNTIMELY DEATHS: A TIMELESS PRACTICE FOR PROTECTION, JUSTICE, AND SPIRITUAL INSIGHT In many traditional societies, particularly within African and Igbo worldviews, the investigation of how and why a person died—especially in cases of strange or untimely death—has long been a sacred and essential practice. Our forefathers went to great lengths to determine the cause of such deaths using the cultural, spiritual, and legal tools available in their time. High rates of child mortality in earlier eras made this inquiry not merely cultural but critical to family survival, spiritual closure, and community safety. By understanding the circumstances surrounding a death, families sought to protect the living, resolve potential spiritual disturbances, and ensure the deceased could transition appropriately into the ancestral realm. Traditional African and Igbo cosmology draws a clear distinction between natural death (ọnwụ chi)—occurring at a ripe old age after a fulfilled life—and unnatural or “bad death” (ọnwụ ọjọọ). In many indigenous cultures across Africa, Asia, and among other traditional communities, death was rarely seen as purely random. When a child or loved one died prematurely, families promptly consulted elders, spiritual leaders, or oracles. In some cases, this involved spiritual practices such as invoking the spirit of the deceased to inquire: “Who is responsible?” or “Why did you depart so early?” These inquiries served several vital purposes: Exposing Human Malice: Investigations aimed to identify whether human agents—through poisoning, violence, or malevolent spiritual means—were responsible. This helped deliver justice and resolve underlying family or communal conflicts. Preventing Recurring Tragedies: If a death stemmed from a broken taboo, curse, or spiritual interference, identifying the root cause enabled appropriate cleansing rituals or sacrifices. This protected surviving family members from similar fates. Facilitating Peaceful Ancestral Transition: For the deceased to attain proper ancestral status, they needed to have lived uprightly and died naturally in old age. Investigations through divination helped determine what rites were necessary for the spirit to find rest and avoid becoming a wandering or restless entity. The Modern Context: The Role and Limits of Autopsy In our current technological age, the primary tool for investigating death is the autopsy—a thorough medical and pathological examination of the body to establish the exact cause, manner, and circumstances of death. Performed by qualified pathologists, autopsies provide invaluable scientific insights into disease progression, injuries, and physiological factors. While autopsies offer significant advantages in documenting physical evidence and supporting legal processes, they remain inherently limited. They excel at identifying medical and traumatic causes but cannot detect spiritual or demonic dimensions of an event. For instance, if a death results from an accident influenced by spiritual manipulation, an autopsy may conclude only “severe injuries sustained in an accident,” without revealing any deeper underlying forces. The Believer’s Advantage: Spiritual Discernment Through the Holy Spirit As believers in Christ, we possess a powerful advantage through the Holy Spirit—the Spirit of Truth who searches all things. We are equipped not only to honor medical and legal processes but also to engage in spiritual inquiry when a death appears strange, untimely, or suspicious. This discernment helps us address: Possible human wickedness, which may warrant involving authorities or seeking divine justice. Patterns that could lead to repeated occurrences within a family or community. Connections to broader demonic structures, strongholds, or generational issues. Any other hidden spiritual realities requiring prayer, deliverance, or prophetic insight. In summary Test Everything ~ Chikamso Angel 🕊️🗞️🔥
