Seeing some of the replies on some of my friends/co-workers tweets about the avatar movie is sending me into rage central. Not understanding how this industry works and giving 0 respect towards the artist. JFC the level of entitlement is insane.

We worked on the aang movie for years with the expectation that’d we’d get to celebrate all of our hard work in theaters.. just to see people unceremoniously leak the film and pass our shots around on twitter like candy.. (1/3)

@aiboufueled @zukosfate --after being pulled from theaters, they aren't even able to experience what its like to watch the excitement from fans during promotion/trailers/build up to the final release without their shots being shared/spoiled.. sad!

This is not possible, the movie is tied in with so many brand partnerships that are set up WAY before release. Think fast food, clothing, toys, ads, etc. Its not possible to alter the scheduling on a random monday 😭

I’ve said it before & I’ll say it again. Most artist don’t work for the money (which is usually pretty low anyway) they work for the moment when their project is released & enjoy & celebrate in that moment. To *steal* that from them is the height of hate and disrespect for them.
