Imagine looking out your window, wheels down, seconds from landing, and suddenly the pilot slams the throttle and pulls straight up. ​That’s what happened to Southwest Flight 2504 at Chicago Midway. They were feet from the ground when a private jet just casually strolled onto the runway without clearance. ​The investigation just confirmed the worst part: The private pilot was TOLD to stop. He repeated the order. And then he crossed anyway. ​The Southwest pilot’s split-second reaction is the only reason 143 people went home to their families instead of the morgue. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is now threatening to pull licenses, and frankly, it’s about time. ​If you can't follow a simple instruction, you don't belong in a cockpit. ​Would you get back on a plane after seeing this out your window?

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 41 year-old Lesley Anne Clare, who was reported missing from her home in Clonee, Dublin 15, on Tuesday, 7th October 2025. Lesley Anne was last seen at approximately 9:30pm in Clonee on Monday 6th October. Lesley Anne is described as being approximately 5 feet 10 inches in height with a slim build, blonde hair and green eyes. Gardaí and Lesley Anne’s family are concerned for her well-being. Anyone with any information on Lesley Anne's whereabouts is asked to contact Blanchardstown Garda Station on 01 666 7000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
