@germfr33 It's really tough to live with and if you are I'd recommend to start recovering as soon as possible, it raises your chances of it getting better because if not it's a chronic condition, it can make full recovery a lot harder. I wish you the best ❤️

@germfr33 The only reason I mention it is because I have gastroparesis and when I get bloated that is how my stomach looks because I don't get an overall bloating I get a bloating in the actual organ be careful and monitor your symptoms if you can

@germfr33 If where you're bloated is hard, you might be constipated up your fiber intake and do small stretches and massages, and I don't know if you purge, but if you do be aware of gastroparesis
