@data_jackalope @RobertJanezic @disco_lu @databiscuits Aware of the imperfect nature of perceptual color contrast measures. But curious: in this case, do y'all feel this effect is down to the color? Or potentially the other typographic changes (less tracking, lowercasing)?

I’m a big fan of switching button labels from white to black (or dark), not just because of the accessibility benefits. Spotify’s new direction follows this, can’t wait to see it in the product 🤓 spotify.design/article/better…

@gerrit @spotifydesign Love it. It’s such a myth that the “typical user” has no disabilities and is always using our software in perfect conditions. Designing with accessibility as a first principle makes the experience better for everyone. 🎉❤️💪🏻
