@HenMazzig This is standard stuff for the Irish terror organisations and sympathisers unfortunately. They’ve always revered this kind of stuff. Interesting to note it was the people of NI who had to endure years of bombs and guns while those in the Republic mostly sang songs in pubs.

A public mural in Dublin 🇮🇪, meant to show support for Palestine, features Leila Khaled. Leila Khaled is a PFLP terrorist, known for hijacking civilian planes. This isn’t history being misunderstood. This is a conscious choice to glorify someone whose notoriety comes from targeting civilians. When people call this “activism,” look at who they’re actually celebrating: Someone who turned civilians into targets. So let’s stop pretending this is about peace, justice, or anything remotely constructive.

Quick tell Israel that Sinn’s Fein convicted bomber Pat Sheehan says NO 1978 conviction: At age 19, Sheehan was sentenced to 15 years in prison for his involvement in the bombing of a cash-and-carry (a commercial premises) in Belfast. He was convicted of causing an explosion. No one was injured in that incident. He served time in the Maze Prison (Long Kesh), joined the 1981 hunger strike (lasting 55 days as the 17th republican participant), and was released in 1987. • 1989 conviction: After his release, he was rearrested and sentenced to 24 years for attempting to booby-trap a Belfast security checkpoint with a bomb. He served additional time (totaling over 18 years in prison across both sentences) before early release under the 1998 Good Friday Agreement.

I just called the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, His Beatitude Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, to express my great sorrow over this morning's unfortunate incident in the Old City of Jerusalem, in which Cardinal Pizzaballa and the Custos of the Holy Land, the Most Reverend Fr. Francesco Ielpo, were prevented from entering the Church of the Holy Sepulchre for prayers amid the ongoing security situation. I clarified that the incident stemmed from security concerns due to the continuous threat of missile attacks from the Iranian terror regime against the civilian population in Israel, following previous incidents in which Iranian missiles fell in the area of the Old City of Jerusalem in recent days. I reaffirmed the State of Israel's unwavering commitment to freedom of religion for all faiths and to upholding the status quo at the holy sites of Jerusalem.

@TonyMallon14 This "Northern Ireland" notion, regarding the Geography ( Rivers) is suspect.I live on the Erne,a majestic River, nobody North or South would attempt to define it as "Northern Ireland" its Ireland, with a ancient/ fanastic Irish heritage.The"Border" is nowhere to be seen,wont be.

The easiest and most sensible way of doing this is to only allow private vehicles on the streets every second day, based on odd/even number plates. Obviously there has to be public transport alternatives as well.

This is a very interesting suggestion and it needs consideration. I would adjust the taxation point to 65 and then allow older people to work without being taxed and do away with mandatory retirement. I would end all defined benefit pensions.

Why not undercut Ireland on corporation tax, mine Bitcoin with idle power stations, or treat national resources as shared wealth?
