Saw a couple of posts about these bots or foreign accounts following folk. For some reason they believe the residents of Clydebank are obsessed with badminton🤣🤣 Talk about AI hallucinations! I haven’t had notifications about new followers for years so I had a look. None of the Clydebank ones, but I’d say of my last hundred or so followers maybe 50% are bots or scammers. The verified accounts are worse than non verified. Obvious MAGA/Reform/Restore/Patriot fascist accounts plus all the usual scammers. It’s no wonder good accounts on here are getting lost to hackers.

Spent Sunday evening at my big sister’s bedside as the priest gave her last rites, then from early morning to evening on Monday as she finally slipped away. Never been keen on the ‘it’s a blessing’ phrase, but watching her ravaged with late stage Alzheimers I now appreciate it.
